A few weeks ago, I offered this recipe for my version of Miami-style chicken chop with curry mustard sauce. This was before I was in the habit of posting pictures with my updates. I made this meal a couple of nights ago, and I thought I'd offer some pictures for you all to see what it could look like.
My plate:
I like just a sprinkle of cheddar and a dollop of sour cream with my chicken and yellow rice (I'm a purist)
My husband's plate:
He's a good boy and eats his vegetables :) You can top your chicken chop with whatever you like. (Some like to serve it with black beans on the side to round out the meal.)

This looks so yummy! Good job!!

For a more "decadent" meal? ;-)

Ahh you're tempting me to order Chicken Kitchen right now! I must try you're recipe soon though, I've never made it at home.

Kristopha: It can be as "decadent" as you want it to be :)
Princess Aioli: Chicken chop is one of the major reasons that I miss Miami (and of course, all of my fabulous friends :P) Obviously, you can alter seasonings and such to suit your tastes, but the sauce is pretty darn close to the original if I do say so myself.
